Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the ZeroConfig service and website, operated by OmniPure Marketing LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company, 1209 Mountain Rd Pl NE Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States ("we", "us"). By turning on the ZeroConfig plugin or buying a plan you agree to them.

1. What ZeroConfig is

ZeroConfig is a WordPress plugin plus an online service. The plugin caches pages on your server and rewrites the addresses of images, CSS and JavaScript files so they are served, optimised, from our servers. The service converts and resizes images, minifies files, generates critical CSS, runs a Safety Check in a real browser and, on paid plans, measures your PageSpeed score.

The plugin is free software licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later. These terms cover the online service, not your rights under the GPL.

2. Plans and limits

• Free: one site, 500 source images and 5 GB of image and asset traffic per calendar month (1,000 images and 10 GB with the optional badge).
• Pro, Business, Agency: 1, 5 and 25 sites; unlimited images; 50 GB, 250 GB and 1 TB of traffic per calendar month, shared across a licence's sites.
• When a site reaches a monthly limit, new images and files are served from your own server until the month resets. Your site keeps working.
• Plan features and limits are described on zeroconfigwp.com at the time you buy.

3. Your responsibilities

• Use ZeroConfig only on websites you own or are authorised to manage.
• Do not use the service to deliver content that is illegal or infringes others' rights, or to send traffic that is not your website's own (for example hotlinking our servers from other sites or load testing).
• Keep your own backups. ZeroConfig does not change your original files or database, but you remain responsible for your website.

We may limit or suspend a site that breaks these rules or endangers the service for others, and will tell you why.

4. Payment, renewal and cancellation

• Paid plans are sold through our payment provider acting as merchant of record, named at checkout and on your receipt. The provider processes the payment, issues the invoice and handles sales tax and VAT; its buyer terms, shown at checkout, apply to the payment.
• Plans are billed yearly in advance and renew automatically at the then-current price. We will e-mail you before a renewal.
• You can cancel at any time from the customer portal linked in your receipt. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the paid year.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
• We will give at least 30 days' notice of a price change, and it applies from your next renewal.

5. Licence keys

A licence key activates paid features on the number of sites your plan includes. Deleting the plugin from a site frees its seat. Do not share keys outside your organisation or your clients' sites.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. If our servers are unreachable, the plugin keeps serving cached pages from your server and falls back to your original files. We may change or improve features; we will not remove a core feature of a paid plan during the paid year.

7. Data

We process data as described in our Privacy Policy. Where we process your visitors' data on your behalf, we act as your processor; a data processing agreement is available on request.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or revenue, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Ending the service

You can stop at any time by turning the engine off or deleting the plugin. If we ever discontinue the service we will give paid customers at least 60 days' notice and refund the unused part of the current year.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, and the state and federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico have jurisdiction, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
